Peer-to-peer mentorship is designed specifically to help our protégés address issues and challenges they experience in their businesses. It offers a safe and supportive environment for entrepreneurs who share similar concerns and different areas of expertise to learn from each other.

Group meetings are held every quarter for 2 to 3 hours to discuss a specific topic. The same protégés continue to work together for the full year. Each protégé is given approximately 15 minutes to talk about issues in their business and the whole group discusses what may have worked for them and find solutions collectively.

Additionally, a specialist on the topic from the business community is invited to give advice, listen , brainstorm and provide support, while fostering and maintaining a cohesive and comfortable environment. The expert helps to overcome protégés’ barriers, build confidence, bring new skills and knowledge and overall, help protégés on their path to success.
