This section provides professional tools, links and resources to help you understand and execute current employment legislation, recruiting/diversifying employees, effective dismissals, managing Performance, deciding compensation, and implementing Learning and Development strategies for the workplace. 

The toolkit will also offer additional resources to external organizations that can provide up-to-date information on the latest news on human resources for start ups and medium businesses.
